our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Billon Dailey. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked his musical vision.
This artist proposes a fresh and modern style that however winks at the past and somehow reminds the melodies of the music of the 80s obviously in a more innovative version.
I really liked the guitars with such airy and ethereal sound.
The vocal timbre is also very interesting, Billon Dailey’s voice hides something … maybe it hides the secrets of Dailey Billon :)… in any case, this artist manages to make you believe the words of the lyrics.
The production is very good and I honestly found no flaws with this album. The compositional level and the general production are very good.
A great job that I recommend everyone to listen to.

Billon Dailey is the newest incarnation from singer-songwriter, Dylan Bailey. It took years to come up with such a deeply, profound artist name.
2021 had Dylan writing, recording, producing, mixing and mastering an entire album by himself, in a room that was far too small. From start to finish you can hear the earnest honesty in his writing. The start of the album is an explosion of sound that kicks off the beginning of an intense journey. As the album progresses, we go from anxiety, to existential crises, and ultimately landing on hope as the ending track, “Minutes We Don’t See” plays out.
Punch Me in the Face is an album filled with love that wrestles with what it feels like to be confined and afraid to speak out.
