our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Ben Freeman (b.free). I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked a lot the vibes of his music.
The sound proposed by this artist is very refined and somehow manages to speak directly to the heart and soul of the listener.
A compositional method that takes inspiration, in my opinion, from traditional music. Above all the melodic lines of the voice in some moments reminded me of the Middle East … a “Mediterranean Soul” that makes you think of the desert and Africa, at least to me.
I closed my eyes as I listened to this beautiful song and saw myself flying with herons over the Sahara desert at sunset.
The warm wind made me feel free and in the blink of eye, I vanished into the sun.
Sinuous and refined music that I recommend to everyone.
