The thing that struck me about this sound is the voice. Deep and intriguing like that of Nick Cave.
Surely we are dealing with musicians with an original and different musical vision.
The lyrics are irreverent and fantastic and the melody of Before Noon is hypnotic. A charming crepuscular atmosphere.
The chord progression is very well thought out and is never obvious or banal. The harmonic and rhythmic intuitions are magistral and the dynamics of this tune are perfect.
Pete Asshill has the ability to speak to the soul and heart of the listener. I was truly blown away by this band’s music and instantly became a fan.
I’m curious to see what they’ll do in the future. A band to keep under the radar because they produce quality music.

Pete Asshill: 3-4 guys (It depends!) from different countries. They are serious, but also like a bit of dark humour.
