Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated today to Louie Garcon. We stumble upon this amazing artist while surfing the Norwegian’s fiords and instead of finding a Troll, we found this gem.
Crepuscular sound, amazing lyrics, and a mysterious deep voice, I found some Cash and Bowie in Garcon’s style. A gentle, dark, noir, vintage music ideal company for those rainy nights.
“The Moon is not there” is Garcon’s new single out now. The moon was covered by the clouds tonight in L.A and while I was drinking my brandy listening to this song I found the perfect balance between me and the sky.
The production is great, only a few elements, but perfectly balanced together. Great taste for sounds I highly suggest you this incredible artist.
If you are looking for trouble you’ve come to the right place
Louie Garcon is the alter ego of an imaginary friend of a random person. This imaginary friend has been into music since he was a kid. The random person has been a lot around the world and inside himself in his 42 years and now lives on a farm in northern Norway with his big family. The reason for them making this whole alter ego thing is a mix of being shy and a dream about being mysterious and dark.
