Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Call in Dead. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked their unusual approach of composing music.
As soon as I hit the play button and the first notes started to hit my ears, the sound of this band immediately bewitched me.
They reminded me of the legendary Naked City, an avant-garde, fantastic punk.
Music that makes you want to go out and punch somebody in the face, a sound that awakens your most rock spirit and makes you feel free as a crazy horse.
Listening to this music at a festival with a few beers in your body must be a great experience.
These songs are bread for my teeth and make me feel optimistic about the future.
We are inundated with useless music, pop that does not create any kind of emotion. Fortunately, there are bands like Call in Dead who have chosen another path and offer real and powerful music.

Summer Camp is Call in Dead’s Single Out Now!
A Wild Ride!
The Call in Dead are four guys: Two from FL, one from DC and one from NJ form a hardcore punk to waste time while drinking beer. Suddenly they are putting out albums and going on tour.
When the pandemic shut things down our drummer and bass player switched from doing live shows as DCxPC Live and started doing live streams. Once they had those dope recordings it only made sense to release the music, so they decided to start a live music-only vinyl label. This song is the first single of their first release. The second release comes out in May by TV Generation and The Sinema (both from Orlando) with a third release coming at the end of the summer by NYC’s Two-Man Advantage.
