our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Honeybadger. We discovered this amazing band while shuffling on Spotify and we instantly started headbanging.
Finally, a bit of healthy rock and roll to counteract today’s mainstream media music. The sound is raw but effective and the production is capable of bringing out even more energy of this band.
So if you’re still listening to Bieber or any other crap it’s only your fault because today we suggest Honeybadger. As Rocky says: “if I can change and you can change… all the world can change”.
We must support these bands who love music, THE REAL music.
Real sounds, real musicians, real emotions
Hyaline is Honeybadger’s new single out now, and it’s just fantastic. Also the video perfectly respects the style of this band. The sound of the distorted guitars is just great. We highly suggest this band.
Rock ‘n’ Roll is alive and well with Honeybadger
This is the third release working with producer Paul Winstanley and the band have been keen to learn their craft. With an average age of only 17 the music being created is one that lets the band have the freedom to explore and experiment with their own ideas. Although given guidance by others they are not given interference into the creative process as it is important that they have the freedom to make the music that they love.
This means they do not have to conform to a never ending formula of throwaway and easy to produce content.
The band are in the early stages of their career and subscribe to the mantra of loving what you do and do not be afraid to suck sometimes.
We are looking to grow the fanbase and to have people come join us in a movement of what music can do to the soul.
