I have no idea how this keeps happening but in a world of almost perpetual victimhood it is sometimes difficult to see who exactly is the victim and who is the master manipulator. I hope the song lyrics resonate with people who have been in the situation where they realise why have been taken advantage of with false friendships and empowers them to take control and stand up for themselves!
Olivia Booth is a singer/songwriter from North West UK currently studying songwriting at BIMM Manchester. Her style has been described as ‘Indie pop with explosions of rock and slight tease of folk and country’ which transitions well from acoustic to full band sound. She has performed across the UK while receiving radio plays of her first single ‘Oxygen’ both in UK and USA.
