The first thing that struck me about this artist’s music is her sexy and hypnotic voice.
Kat Koan unleashes sensuality from every pore. Her gothic, crepuscular style keeps you glued to your speakers. I saw dark odalisques dancing an ancestral dance before my eyes while listening to this tune.
Her version of this famous song added a new atmosphere to this track and I liked it more than the original to be honest.
Kylie Minogue should be very happy to have such a cover.
Intrigued by this song I checked also other songs by Kat Koan and I have to say that this artist’s mission is to take you on a journey to discover your unconscious. She wants you to see the darkest corners of your personality. She wants to awaken your primal instincts.
I really like Kat Koan’s artistic vision and maturity. A solid artist that I recommend everyone to go listen to.
