The state I’m in is Merrymount!’s Single
The sound of this band is twilight and nostalgic.
A compositional method that takes its cue from the past but manages to be modern at the same time.
The thing I liked the most is that this band was able to create a unique sound blend that makes them stand out from the crowd.
The general sound is a bit “muffled” but all the elements come out clearly from the mix. The effect used on the singer’s voice distinguishes, even more, the music of Merrymount!
Surely we are dealing with talented musicians with a great compositional experience behind them. The chord and harmonic progression are very well thought out and The state I’m in entertains the listener from the first to the last second.
Merrymounts! show that they have a solid and mature artistic vision as they produce quality tunes.
A great find that I recommend to everyone!

The state I’m in is Merrymount!’s Single
The Band: Alessandro Fagioli (Vocals, Guitar), Andrea Lucchi (Vocals, Guitar, Synths), Pier Nicola Currà (Bass, Synths), Daniele Traschitti (Drums).
We’ve been playing together for such a long time, though we all live in different cities now. We get together when we have new draft material and record it when the excitement about the song is still high and motivating.
