I already reviewed Pennan Brae in the past but he is out now with a new album and I want to share my thoughts about it.
The first thing that came to me as soon as I pressed the play button and I started listening to the new album “Cinema” by this great artist I breathed a sigh of relief.
This music gladdened my soul and relaxed me.
Light harmonious and refined melodies filled my room and with my mind, I began to imagine green meadows full of flowers, I saw rivers flow and clouds dissolve as the breeze pushed them towards the sea.
Beautiful songs capable of warming the heart and soul.
The production is very professional and the mix is perfectly balanced and every sound element finds the right space and these songs breathe well.
Another beautiful work by this talented artist.

‘Cinema’ is Pennan Brae’s 9th studio album. The release of 11 tracks was recorded at Blue Light Studio in Vancouver & features pedal steel guitar, harp, violins, electric guitar & cello.
The album is mixed by producer Kirk Kelsey (The Smashing Pumpkins). Its lead singles are ‘A Nightmare’, ‘Mississippi Love Song’ & ‘Weed & Whisky Women (Distilled Mix).
