I already reviewed Vex Message in the past but they are out now with a new cool single and I want to share my opinion about it.
The atmosphere created by this new track from this talented band immediately intrigued me.
1 Big 1 brings with it a “desertic” atmosphere that has the ability to make the listener travel with his imagination.
While listening to this beautiful song I imagined myself wandering among the dunes of the Sahara in search of water.
The musical arrangements are modern and innovative and the vocal melody is nostalgic and manages to speak directly to the heart and soul of the listener.
Vex Message have a great compositional experience behind them and the groove of 1 Big 1 is catchy and pushes you to dance.
Absolutely reconfirmed as these guys produce high-quality music.

Vex Message are a Lancaster-based synth-rock trio, who captured listeners interest with their previous single releases “Data Regime” and “No You Don’t”. Now, Vex Message reveal “The 1 Big 1”, a literary inspired new single, which will feature on the band’s much anticipated debut album which is scheduled for a summer release.
The song is inspired by the Russel Hoban book “Riddley Walker” – its setting is a post-apocalyptic Kent where language and society have both broken down.
